What happens if I do not verify my account during the sign-up process?

Only verified accounts confirmed by email can use the platform.  If you fail to verify your account, navigate to https://my.tradefox.co/users/sign_in and click Forgot Password.

What can I do with a starter account?

With a starter account, you can:

  • View and update your Tradefox profile
  • Improve your profile score by having partners in the industry provide trade or trust reviews
  • Open company trust reports for $30 each
  • Review your trading partners
  • Search companies based on country and materials

How do I merge/combine accounts?

While it is not possible to merge company data from two or more Tradefox accounts into a single account, you can contact support to close or modify an account.

Can I change the data or description of my company’s profile?

Tradefox gets the company details and materials traded from verified third party sources. A Tradefox member is allowed to update the company details by clicking on the user profile icon and selecting the Company Profile tab.
